Walking onto the court for their semi-finals, our Eusoff netballers beamed with confidence and seemed almost nonchalant about the upcoming game.
The first quarter went underway and immediately Eusoff's strong showing throughout the whole competition shined through once again. The ball was perpetually on KR's side of the court, with our netballers whizzing in and out, catching and making passes that seemed impossible to me. KR, however, held their own and had multiple shot attempts against EH as well but they were just shy of the net. Ying Jia and Rachel were putting in WORK with their blocks and intercepts, giving KR no breathing room. First quarter came to a close with a 10-0 score to EH.

Before the second round, Reese was seen giving words of advice to her team "keep yourselves calm because once we get mad and angsty. that's when we mess up". This was perhaps in part that Reese noticed KR was playing pretty rough and that annoyed the girls a bit.
Second and third quarter began as fast as it ended.
Carris was bagging goals after goals, assisted by her teammates who were making plays back and forth. It was honestly so fast that I turned away for 5 seconds and she literally scored AGAIN?? Jayne had a good quarter as well, flying in between defenders to receive the ball, putting her team in an advantageous position to make a play. Third quarter closed out with 32-2 to Eusoff.

The fourth quarter was exciting. It immediately starts with the ball hitting Chloe in her eye. However, seemingly unfazed, she hustled on, playing even harder. She came back relentless, bagging goals after goals, snatching rebounds and showing KR what's up. I also happened to catch Natasha getting elbowed by one of the KR players but much like Chloe, she continued fighting alongside her team, finally closing the game off at 38-4 to Eusoff! Great job netballers!!!
