1st Half
It is game day again, and this time EH takes on KR. Right from the kickoff, it was evident that both KR and EH were not messing around. Off a KR attack, they win a freekick along the wing. It is sent in, and off a header, KR wakes up the scoreboard and it is 1-0 to KR.
What followed was a series of hard tackles and long passes from both sides. Following a corner from EH, the ball is sent forward for a counterattack by KR and with some quick passes and dribbles, KR manages to slot a 2nd goal past EH. It is now 2-0 to KR.

KR follows up the attack with a long shot that goes up and over the goalpost. Then, they send another long ball down the left wing and get a pass into the penalty box. 1 of the KR attackers gets a touch and the ball ends up in the back of the net. It is now 3-0 to KR.
Just moments later, KR is able to get another ball down the wing. Again, they send it into the box and it is the same result for them. 1 of their attackers hits it on the first touch and makes it 4-0 to KR.
At this point, EH finally began to string a series of quality passes together after a rather slow start to the game. The EH attack culminates in an arjen robbenesque run down the right wing by Umar, who lays it off for Keefe. Keefe makes no mistake and finally scores the much needed 1st goal for EH. It is now 4-1 to KR.

However, the struggles would continue as the tensions between both sides continued to grow. KR follows up with yet another attack down the left wing. Again, it is whipped into the box. As the ball lands, the ball finds its way into the back of the net again after a few touches. The score is now 5-1 to KR.
It has been mostly KR in the 1st half, but EH is determined to make something of this game. Nauman gets his touch in and passes to Shawn. Ethan, Brennan, Suffyan, Ashley and Said all get a few touches on the ball to get the offense rolling. The ball eventually finds its way upfront to the main man Keefe who gets off a leaning acrobatic strike. Unfortunately for EH, the KR keeper was not in a very generous mood tonight. Next, Nauman along the left wing cuts into the box and unleashes a bending shot aimed for the top bin, but again, the KR keeper says no. At halftime, the score is 5-1 to KR.
As the 2nd half commences, EH is very hungry for their 2nd goal, to start off their comeback. KR gets the ball rolling and EH almost immediately pounces and wins the ball back. Within literal seconds, Ashley brings the ball forward and gets off a shot. And EH bags their 2nd goal of the game, making it 5-2 to EH. It wasn’t even 10 seconds off the restart! That was insane.

In the 2nd half, the KR keeper continued to be a problem as he kept out shot after shot from the EH forwards, including getting his hands on 2 EH freekicks that were on target to score. After several exchanges of possession, it is KR that wins a freekick just outside the box. The KR player hits it, and it squeezes just under the right crossbar to give KR their 6th goal of the game. It is now 6-2 to KR.
Shortly after, the floodlights began to gradually turn off. Initially, the game was supposed to continue, and it did for a few more minutes. However, more lights eventually turned off and the game was brought to an end there and there, before full time was reached. The final score ends 6-2 to KR.
Final Score: 6-2 to KR
